**About Us**:
Travanco is a rapidly growing Farmers Producers Company working in partnership with Federal Bank as a Business Correspondent. We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy **Operations Executive** to support our expanding back-office and field operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day operational tasks and data processing
- Prepare and maintain reports using **MS Excel (advanced level required)**:

- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Assist in documentation, filing, and compliance activities
- Support audits and operational checks
- Track project activities, branch requirements, and provide updates to the management
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and data entry

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor's Degree
- Must have **excellent knowledge of MS Excel** (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of finance or field operations is a plus
- Willingness to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
