Our immediate objective is to extend this support to 60,000 marginal farmers this year through a microfinance model with other endeavours in the Agri Field **_
- **We seek a seasoned professional with a track record of serving as a CFO in an NBFC with a turnover ranging from 600 to 700 crores and who has actively contributed to achieving this successful outcome.**_
- **We are currently in the process of acquiring an NBFC firm as a subsidiary company to extend our operations both within and beyond state boundaries. This expansion involves creating a new vertical within our existing structure, allowing us to penetrate the current market more effectively and establish ourselves as a key performer in the sector.**_

Position Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a pivotal executive role within an NBFC, responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations, strategies, and health of the organization. The CFO ensures robust financial planning, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management, supporting the company's growth and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to the executive team.

Financial Management and Reporting:

- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.

Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
- Ensure adequate insurance coverage and manage investment risks.

Capital Management:

- Manage the company’s capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
- Oversee fundraising activities and investor relations.
- Optimize the allocation of financial resources.

Compliance and Governance:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and auditors.
- Implement and oversee corporate governance practices.

Operational Efficiency:

- Streamline financial processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee financial aspects of operations, including cost management and profitability analysis.
- Support operational decision-making with financial insights.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to finance professionals.
- Ensure continuous professional development within the team.Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:

- A master's degree in business administration (MBA) or finance is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in NBFC, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
- Experience in the financial services industry, specifically within an NBFC, is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning, risk management, and capital management.
