**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website, blogs, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes within the architectural industry.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage and update the company's website and social media accounts to ensure accurate and engaging content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in marketing, preferably in the architectural or construction industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
