Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Time: 2 to 8 pm

Pay Scale: 7000 to 12000

For:
1. 8th to 10th CB/GB, English Medium.

2. 11th - 12th Science (PCM, English Medium)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our academic team. The Teaching Assistant will provide valuable support to the lead instructor in delivering high-quality education to students. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about education and eager to contribute to the learning journey of students.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the lead instructor in preparing instructional materials, lesson plans, and classroom activities.

2. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.

3. Facilitate classroom discussions, activities, and workshops under the guidance of the lead instructor.

4. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead instructor to assist in assessing student performance.

5. Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth.

6. Assist in grading assignments, exams, and other assessments as needed.

7. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
2. Previous experience working in an educational setting, preferably as a teaching assistant or tutor.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

5. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
