**In this role you will**:

- Utilize AI tools and platforms to identify relevant content from diverse sources (solutions, news articles, blogs, videos, webinars, etc.).
- Utilize AI tools to generate and curate social media copies for multiple B2B products.
- Create and enhance social media posts, banners, and short videos using AI-powered design tools.
- Ensure the creation and distribution of 16-20 posts per week across all social networks.
- Ensure content meets quality standards, brand voice, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze audience engagement metrics to refine content strategy and maximize impact.
- Collaborate with campaign leads and product marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
- Automate content aggregation, creation, and scheduling workflows using AI and social media automation tools.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry trends to improve content curation efficiency.

**Your background**:

- Mandatory experience in a B2B company or marketing agency setup.
- Proven experience in content curation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in AI-powered content generation and design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, Canva).
- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess content relevance and audience engagement.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills to enhance AI-generated content.
- Familiarity with social media automation and scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage high-volume content creation in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST**
