We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Conference Coordinator to support our event’s speaker curation and management process. The role involves researching and identifying key industry leaders and experts, communicating professionally with potential speakers, and assisting in the development of session content. The coordinator will handle logístical arrangements, including travel and accommodation, and ensure speakers are well-prepared and informed. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of the event’s goals and audience.

**Responsibilty**:
**Research and Identify Potential Speakers**:
**-**Interns should be able to research and identify key industry leaders, academics, and experts relevant to the event's theme.

**-**Develop a list of potential speakers based on their expertise, previous speaking engagements, and industry influence.

**Speaker Communication**:
**-**Assist in drafting and sending professional communication to potential speakers, including invitations, follow-ups, and thank you notes.

**-**Maintain a database of all communication, ensuring responses and engagements are tracked and managed.

**Content Development**:
**-**Assist in developing and refining session topics, descriptions, and agendas in collaboration with the event team.

**-**Ensure that the content aligns with the event’s goals and the interests of the target audience.

**Coordination and Logistics**:
**-**Coordinate with speakers on logístical details, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and session timing.

**-**Ensure all speakers have the necessary information and support before, during, and after the event.

**Speaker Onboarding and Briefing**:
**-**Organize onboarding sessions to brief speakers on the event format, audience, and expectations.

**-**Assist in creating speaker kits, including guidelines, session outlines, and presentation templates.
