Functions and Responsibilities
Oversee event operations, including audiovisual and production facilities.
Source vendors and suppliers of the highest grade across India & International.
Develop and implement risk assessment plans, ensuring the safety and security of installations.
Manage and monitor budgets for events.
Conduct post-event budget reconciliations in a cost-effective manner.
Travel onsite for recce and project execution.
Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary licences and permits.
Ensure effective logistics management and inventory control.
Possess extensive knowledge of hotel and group bookings, along with their conference facilities.
Stay updated on the latest technology and conduct market trend research.
Research potential future venues, tech partners for events and conferences.
