**Job Title**: Photographer & Videographer

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities: Photography & Videography**:

- Capture high-resolution images of craft supplies, DIY kits, and related products.
- Plan and execute creative product and lifestyle photography.
- Shoot and edit engaging videos for product showcases, tutorials, and social media.

**Editing & Post-Production**:

- Edit photos and videos using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Enhance images with color correction, retouching, and background adjustments.
- Optimize media content for different digital platforms, including websites and social media.

**Content Planning & Execution**:

- Develop visually appealing content that aligns with brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns.
- Shoot behind-the-scenes, process videos, and time-lapse clips to engage audiences.

**Social Media & Digital Content Creation**:

- Produce content tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Stay updated with photography and videography trends to enhance brand presentation.
- Assist in live shoots, product launches, and brand events.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
- Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting, and video production equipment.
- Strong knowledge of editing software (Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Experience in product photography, videography, and short-form content creation.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
