Photographer & Videographer

We are seeking a talented and creative **In-House Photographer and Videographer** to join our team. This position will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos of our jewelry products for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce visually appealing content that showcases our jewelry pieces in the best light and engages our online community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Jewelry Photography**:

- Capture detailed and visually striking product images of jewelry items for use on our website, e-commerce platforms, and marketing materials.
- Ensure proper lighting, composition, and angles to highlight the unique details and craftsmanship of each jewelry piece.
- Edit and retouch images to meet the brand’s aesthetic standards.
- **Video Content Creation**:

- Film and edit engaging video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) including short-form videos, reels, unboxing videos, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts that align with seasonal campaigns and brand messaging.
- Create high-quality product demonstration videos to be used on the website and other digital platforms.
- **Social Media Reels & Engagement**:

- Shoot, edit, and post short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) for Instagram and other social media channels, ensuring the content is optimized for each platform.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, formats, and algorithms to drive engagement and increase visibility for the brand.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create content that fits into overall brand strategy.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., product development, sales) to ensure accurate product representation in all visuals.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms while also contributing fresh, innovative ideas for new content.
- **Content Management & Organization**:

- Maintain a well-organized library of photos, videos, and assets, ensuring that files are appropriately archived and easily accessible for future use.
- Help manage image and video assets for product launches, seasonal collections, and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, ideally in fashion, jewelry, or e-commerce.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography and videography work, especially product photography and social media content.
- Proficient with photography equipment, lighting setups, and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience with video production and editing for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and websites.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices for video and photo content.
- Passion for creativity and an eye for design and aesthetics.
- A strong sense of style and appreciation for jewelry.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with studio lighting setups and handling delicate or high-value products like jewelry.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
