**About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a **Testing Associate**. The role involves working across all stages of our production cycle, including research, testing, and evaluation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **Wear Tests** on materials.
- Perform **Tensile Tests** for strength evaluation.
- Operate and analyze samples using an **Optical Microscope**.
- Handle **client calls** and provide clear technical updates.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma (relevant field) or B.Sc. in Chemistry.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication abilities (verbal & written).
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Traning period 3 to 6 month salary 12k and that we will revise with better salary
