**FMCG Experience** - Prior experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Manager**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team for optimal performance.
- Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.
- Ensure sales targets and revenue goals are met.

**Sales Team Members**:

- Drive sales through effective relationship management.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Execute sales plans and contribute to company growth.
- Handle client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Marketing Specialists**:

- Develop marketing campaigns and brand promotion strategies.
- Coordinate with digital and offline marketing teams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives.
