**Job Summary**: The Electric Retail Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the electric retail business, ensuring the delivery of superior customer service, and driving sales and revenue growth. This position involves overseeing retail teams, executing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and developing initiatives to improve business operations in the electric services sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Retail Operations Management**:

- Oversee retail store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to customers.
- Manage the retail team, providing coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies related to electric services.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- **Sales & Marketing**:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote electric services and products (e.g., energy plans, electrical appliances, and accessories).
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs by identifying new opportunities and expanding market share.
- Work with marketing teams to create campaigns that attract customers to retail locations and digital platforms.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate electric products or services.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of service standards.
- **Budgeting and Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets for the retail division, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Analyze sales performance and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Team Leadership & Development**:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of retail staff to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Organize training and development programs to improve the knowledge and skills of retail personnel in electric products, services, and customer service.
- **Regulatory Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure all retail operations are compliant with industry regulations and safety standards related to electric products and services.
- Regularly review operational procedures to guarantee adherence to safety protocols.
- **Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends in the electric retail industry, including product offerings, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Conduct market analysis to evaluate competitive pricing, new product offerings, and customer demands.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Energy Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the energy or electric services sector.
- Strong understanding of the electric industry, customer service standards, and sales techniques.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market conditions and drive business growth.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market demands and customer needs.
