Pension Administrator, Operations

What can you expect?

- Understand the Pension Administration Business
- Taking complete ownership of end to end delivery of the assigned pension administration lifecycle tasks.
- Contributing to making a positive difference to the lives of the end customers and exceeding client expectations via strong operational rigor and delivery. Also ensuring that all compliance and regulatory requirements are met and maintained to Mercer standards.
- Being bold in thinking and bringing innovative solutions to any barriers faced

Through the first 3-6 months, you will be provided adequate training and will be actively supported by your peers to help understand the ways of working.

- Timely response to all requests received from all stakeholders.
- Good Communication (Written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability - as the role will demand to switch between tasks and work on urgent ad-hoc requests
- Willingness to work in shifts

What you need to have:

- Graduate in any field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience overall
- Good Communication (Written and verbal) (Must have)
- Strong command in MS Office tools (especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, Outlook). (Must have)
- Defined Contribution / Defined Benefits technical knowledge (preferred)
