**Responsibiliteis**:

- Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
- Scheduling social media posts
- Keep Up to Date with any Social Media Trends
- Assist with Social Media Performance Report
- Analysis report.
- Work with graphics team to create dynamic visuals for social media posts
- Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy
- Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
- Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs
- Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement

**Skills required**:

- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent consulting,writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Some experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
- **Strong presentational skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex workflows, dependencies and trade-offs in both speech and writing.**:

- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Possesses a creative mind set and passion for digital marketing
- Required skills: Facebook Ads / Business Manager, Google Ads, SEM
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 0.6 -1 years of experience on the relevant field

**Salary**: 9,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month (Negotiable)

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Entally, Kolkata - 700014, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
