**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Support**:
- Assist in posting job vacancies on various job boards and company platforms.
**Employee Onboarding**:
- Assist in preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring timely completion of onboarding documents.
- Help organize and facilitate orientation sessions for new employees.
- Coordinate with IT and facilities to ensure new employees have necessary equipment and resources.
**HR Administration**:
- Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help with data entry, updating HR databases, and generating reports.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and workshops.
**Employee Relations**:
- Support HR team in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Help in drafting HR communications and announcements.
- Participate in initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
**Compliance and Policy Support**:
- Assist in ensuring HR practices align with company policies and regulations.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of HR policies and procedures.
**Benefits Administration**:
- Aid in benefits enrollment and provide information to employees about available benefits.
- Assist in coordinating open enrollment periods and processing benefit changes.
**Learning and Development**:
- Participate in HR team discussions and meetings, learning about HR strategies and best practices.
- Take part in training sessions to develop skills in HR-related areas.
**Qualifications**:
- Current enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Prior HR internship experience or coursework in HR is a plus.
