**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Processing of payroll data of clients.
- Ensure 100% adherence to labour laws like MW, TDS, ESI, EPF, P Tax, LWF etc.
- Dealing with clients about issues related to input and output data.
- Making Statutory registers under Labour law in the office and client site if required.
- Grievance handling of the clients employees on client site.
- Storing and managing data and records of clients as per company policy.
- Make records and MIS system as per the guidelines of the company.
- Visit ESI, EPF and Labour department for the work.
- Handel ESI and EPF inspections.
- Having minimum Experience of 3 year with same job responsibility.
- Having prior experience in payroll software like Visual pay, Salary Pay Pack etc will be given preference.
- Must have excellent command over English and Hindi language.
- Good knowledge in Indian Labour and Industrial Law.
- Knowledge of Advance excel mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- New Delhi, Delhi (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
