**Embroidery Designer with 4 to 5 years of experience in the têxtile industry.**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and unique embroidery designs that align with client requirements and design trends.
- Collaborate with the design team and clients to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality designs.
- Use digital design software and traditional techniques to create embroidery patterns and motifs.
- Select appropriate materials, colors, and techniques for each design project.
- Ensure designs are technically feasible for production and provide necessary instructions to production teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
- Maintain accurate records of design specifications, materials, and production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and marketing, to ensure design alignment with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience as an Embroidery Designer in the têxtile industry.
- Proficiency in digital design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Wilcom EmbroideryStudio, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of embroidery techniques, materials, and production processes.
- Creative flair and a passion for têxtile design and craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in design execution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
