**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- Process and verify data to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in coordinating office activities, managing schedules, and ensuring administrative efficiency.
- Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Support the front office staff by managing paperwork and other support duties.
- Maintain a systematic and organized filing system.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Data management experience.
- Familiarity with office management tools (ERP, CRM systems).
- Knowledge of administrative procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
