MENSWEAR TOPWEAR E-COMMERCE
PRODUCTION & DISPATCH RESPONSIBILITY: 30000 pcs per month

## **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the merchandising team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Regularly take team reports and ensure smooth communication across departments.

2. **Supplier and Factory Negotiations**:

- Negotiate pricing with fabric suppliers and finalize costing agreements.
- Work closely with factories to negotiate cut-and-make (CM) costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.

3. **Costing and Budgeting**:

- Prepare and review comprehensive costing sheets for apparel products.
- Ensure costings are competitive while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial tracking.

4. **Production Planning & Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate production schedules with factories to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and manage critical path activities to avoid delays.
- Act as the primary point of contact between factories, suppliers, and the internal team.

5. **Dispatch Planning & Logistics**:

- Oversee dispatch schedules and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
- Liaise with logistics partners to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with international shipping standards.

6. **Quality Control & Problem-Solving**:

- Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards.
- Address and resolve any production or quality issues in a timely manner.

7. **Cross-Functional Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product development, pricing, and timelines.
- Act as an overall team player by providing support to other departments as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
