This is a mid-management position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to driving the business analysis activities with rigour, & depth. **Responsibilities**: - Drive the requirement elicitation, detailed discussions with business & operations for payment systems or deposit products & drive the project to closure across all stages - Knowledge of ISO formats, payment regulations across Europe & Swiss jurisdictions - Excellent business communication skills - Create detailed & high-quality requirement artefacts for the changes including Use Case documentations, Interface specifications, Functional/ Feature documentations. - Interface with technology/development team to communicate, prioritize requirement and release planning. - Co-ordinate UAT test with business and development team and get Business Approval. - Own the requirement delivery & collaborate across different teams for creating solution that’s best to our client - Filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources and perform other duties and functions as assigned **Required**: - 10+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis. - In-depth understanding of payments & deposit products lifecycles across banks - Minimum 8+ years of experience of working in banking products, 5 + years of experience of working in banking technology products as a functional specialist - In-depth understanding of banking products & processes. - Working experience of financial markets/product knowledge - Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques to create solid business analysis plan approach. - Proven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skills, senior stakeholder management - Effective project management skills across agile & waterfall methodologies - Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication - Experience in exhaustive Business Process and Data Analysis & best practices - Ability to effectively interact with many stakeholders globally and handle multiple information tracks concurrently - Ability to identify the risks and managing them effectively - Ability to think Out of the box for any given business requirement - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Business Analysis / Client Services - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
