**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Physics for senior secondary students (Grades 09-12).
- Prepare and implement lesson plans in line with curriculum standards (CBSE)
- Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for board exams and competitive entrance tests (IIT-JEE/NEET, etc.) if applicable.
- Use modern teaching aids and digital resources to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic performance reports.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in departmental meetings, training, and workshops.
- Communicate effectively with parents about student progress and behavior.
- Foster a classroom culture of inquiry, discipline, and respect.

**Required Qualifications**:

- M.Sc. in Physics from a recognized university
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed school (preferred).
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Comfortable with technology-enabled teaching tools (smart boards, LMS, etc.).

**Desirable Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Familiarity with NEP 2020 guidelines and modern pedagogical strategies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
