**Key Responsibilities**:

- Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize testing activities and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Test Execution: Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing to identify defects and ensure software quality. Execute manual and automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.
- Defect Management: Document, track, and prioritize defects using defect tracking systems. Work closely with development teams to investigate, reproduce, and resolve reported issues. Verify bug fixes and ensure proper resolution of identified defects.
- Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automated testing solutions where applicable.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure alignment on quality goals. Communicate test results, findings, and quality metrics to stakeholders effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in testing methodologies and tools. Continuously evaluate and enhance QA processes and practices to drive improvements in software quality and testing efficiency.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to test plans, test cases, test results, and other QA artifacts. Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality assurance policies and procedures.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
