**Job Title : Ecommerce Operations / Returns Manager**

**Experience: 2-6 Years**

**Job Location: Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase II New Delhi-110064**

**Salary Offered: 2.5~4 Lakh PA**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Store /warehouse management - maintaining inventory, SOP, 5S etc
- Returns management on all channels like amazon, flipkart ,myntra, etc which includes raising claims on time & follow up through tickets /mail / call for short reimbursement, product not received or rejected claims
- Closely monitor status - payment pending due to stuck /denied claim against orders
- Working towards return reduction
- Managing / maintaining Process of order processing - from order received on portal to packaging & dispatch on time

**Requisites / Prerequisites**:

- Graduate from Delhi University is preferred
- Experience of more than 2 years in return management on online portals such as Myntra, Amazon ,etc
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are a MUST.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
