**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English language and literature to senior secondary students.
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the syllabus.
- Prepare students for internal exams, board exams, and competitive tests.
- Encourage analytical thinking, creativity, and communication skills through classroom activities.
- Foster a positive learning environment that is inclusive, supportive, and challenging.
- Provide individualized support to students who may require extra help.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Organize and manage classroom discussions, debates, and presentations on various literary topics.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Stay updated with changes in the curriculum and educational standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s degree in English or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching certification.
- 3+ years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred.
- Strong command of the English language and an in-depth knowledge of literature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to excel academically.
- Proficient in using modern teaching tools and technolog

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
