**Job Summary**:
A Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The role involves building strong relationships, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets in an assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and detailing to healthcare providers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Arrange appointments with doctors and key stakeholders.
- Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ensure availability and visibility of products in hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Participate in medical conferences and workshops to represent the company.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
