**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead Generation and Vendor Management**:

- Source and acquire new client leads for IT staffing opportunities, building relationships with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
- Develop strong vendor relationships to generate consistent IT job requirements.
- Schedule interviews with clients and coordinate follow-ups to ensure successful placements.

**Market Expertise and Compliance**:

- Stay current with IT market trends, technology advancements, and US staffing best practices.
- Understand US immigration policies and their impact on recruiting processes.

**Sales and Negotiation**:

- Consistently meet recruitment and placement targets.

**Ideal Profile**

**Experience and Knowledge**:

- Minimum 1 -3 **year of experience** in US IT recruitment or staffing.
- Solid understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Highly motivated and goal-driven, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.

Pay: Up to 4LPA

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Work Location: In person (Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India)

Expected Start Date: Immediate joiners(preferred)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
