**Job Description - Data Entry Operator**

**Position**: Data Entry Operator

**Qualification**: Minimum 12th Grade (Graduate preferred)

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Role Summary**

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining data across systems and databases. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Input & Maintenance**: Enter data from various sources (documents, records, digital files) into designated systems.
- **Data Verification & Correction**: Verify data accuracy, identify errors, and make corrections.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update databases, archives, and filing systems.
- **Report Generation**: Generate reports, spreadsheets, and documents as per requirements.
- **Data Security & Confidentiality**: Ensure sensitive information is handled in compliance with data protection policies.
- **Communication & Collaboration**: Coordinate with team members and other departments to resolve data-related issues.
- **Clerical Duties**: Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and printing.
- **Time Management & Deadlines**: Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining accuracy.
- **Backup & Storage**: Regularly perform data backups and store records securely.
