We are seeking two motivated female Telecallers with excellent communication skills in multiple languages to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our e-commerce products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote our e-commerce products.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs and market trends.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.

**Required Skills**:

- Qualification**:PU Complete or Bachelor's Degree.**
- Excellent communication skills in **Kannada, English, and Hindi (for one position)**:

- Excellent communication skills in **Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam (for the second position)**:

- 1-2 years of experience in tele calling or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of e-commerce products and services is a plus.
