Job Requirement:
We are looking for Quality & Service Excellence for our reputed Client at Tirupati Location

Qualification: Degree/MBA/MPH in Hospital Care or Administration

**Salary**: 6LPA to 7.2LPA

Experience: 3+ Years in handling NABH/NABL Certifications

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Directly monitor, supervise and intervene for compliance in the activities of Front Office, Billing Clerks, Government Scheme, Insurance and TPA personnel, Ward Clerks, Patient Navigators, Medical Records Personnel, etc.

2. To monitor and suggest process improvement measures as required. To execute the change management as guided by the Unit head and corporate team where necessary

3. Monitoring, ensuring HIS implementation & facilitate necessary training for modules related to operations.

4. Tracking, maintaining the DATA and supporting information for all departments under purview of operations. Validation of the DATA maintained by different Team Members and cross checking with HIS reports. Collating DATA for the periodic MIS reports and presentations.
