**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operation and Monitoring: Operate and monitor various types of pumps, including centrifugal, reciprocating, and submersible pumps, ensuring optimal performance.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on pumps and related equipment to prevent downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazards or incidents.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and records of pump operations, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and site supervisors, to coordinate pump operations and ensure seamless project execution.
- Quality Control: Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and flow rates, making adjustments as necessary to meet operational specifications and quality standards.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as pump failures or leaks, promptly and effectively to minimize impact on operations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in mechanical or industrial fields is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pump operator or in a similar role within an industrial or construction setting.

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
