The main purpose to ensure safe reliable, efficient ,and quality SG operations a safe manner in full compliance with IMS and AL Directives.
1: Manages the cylinder Filling operations

-Nb of cylinder per day
- Plant Stock
- Daily production report

Manage cylinder filling operations as per sales & stock requirments.
Manage the bulk Raw material and Finished product Stocks

2: Manage pump & Tank operations

KPI:
Daily reconcenlation Report
Manintaing Pump daliy runing hr recorde report

Ensuring the safe and efficient operations of cylinder filling pumps & other Equipment (as per SOP).
Ensuring the Liquid Transfer in storage tanks from road tankers in safe manner.

3: Plant Documentation

-SOP upto date(cyl Filling & Bulk)
- EIS management record
- Calibration Record
- Monthly production report
- Monthly losses report
- Stock report
- Training & qualification report

Maintain auditable record for incoming raw material.
Maintain the auditable record for cyl filling and quality.
Ensure the Training & qualification of staff is up to date.
Ensure the EIS management is as per IMS standard.
Keeps the SOP'S of the plant Up to date.

4: Maintenance Managements

Maintain the Spare Parts / Filling tools for the Equipment.
Maintain record of all maintenance activity as per preventive maintenance plan Al-siyanah & corrective maintenance
Ensure that each non routain activity should be performed through permit to work and maintain and auditable record.

5. Ensures quality and safety objectives completion

-Ensuring the Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
- Participates to the industrial audits of the facility and presents requested documents to auditors
- Implements preventive & corrective measures to improve safety and further to customer claims
- Promotes the safe
- Ensure that personal detector and Air monitor sensor should be working condition and calibrated.
- Ensuring the zero accident on work station. Bsv meeting, HSE Flash meeting
- Ensure housekeeping of the site.
- Maintian the data for all the auditable recorde.
- Demonstrate and motirate safety & efficient Culture.

Training or certification : Forklift training (Optional)

Discipline: High School

Work experience : Cylinder Filling /Sorting2 yr

Technical expertise 2 years of cylinder sorting and/or cylinder filling experience

Key fields Materials & Cylinders, Cylinder equipment Cylinder Testing

Knowledge and Knowhow specific to the job Management and behavior skills
