1. Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets within the FMCG sector. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing action plans.
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, address any issues, and drive customer satisfaction.
3. Manage and lead sales team: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives. Set clear objectives, provide guidance and support, and monitor team performance. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, share insights, and coordinate efforts.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Sales retail
- Strong knowledge of FMCG products, market trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using sales management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with key retail FMCG accounts and relationships.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
