**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute effective organic lead-generation strategies across social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create compelling content (posts, articles, videos) to drive engagement and interaction with our target audience.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize the company’s social media presence, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
- Provide voice support and live chat interactions to enhance customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing with a focus on organic lead generation, preferably in the fintech sector.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their strategic use.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Analytics certification or other relevant digital marketing credentials.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
