**Job Title**: Front Desk Receptionist
**Location**: Bandra, Mumbai
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Greet and Welcome Visitors**: Warmly welcome clients, vendors, and guests upon arrival and guide them to the appropriate person or department.
- **Answer and Direct Calls**: Manage the main phone line, screen and route calls, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- **Manage Front Desk Operations**: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies such as brochures or forms.
- **Visitor Management**: Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
- **Appointment Coordination**: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- **Mail and Courier Handling**: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages; coordinate courier services.
- **Security and Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies regarding visitor access and confidentiality.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s degree or additional training in office administration (preferred).
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- **Attributes**:
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in fast-paced environments.
