Role Proficiency:
Under guidance from Senior Product Designers provide product design support through the product development lifecycle. Ensure the product meets business goals and deadlines while keeping customer satisfaction at the core. Collaboratively work with business technology and product teams to understand the product vision and translate into tangible product design propositions.

Outcomes:

- Support creation of the conceptual representation of solutions with intuitive interaction navigation and organization design.
- Work within brand guidelines to create user interfaces that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through visual expression.
- Practice design alongside multidisciplinary teams including product engineers product managers business stakeholders and other designers.

Measures of Outcomes:

- Number of customer accolades received
- Number of usability issues
- Adherence to project schedule / timelines
- Number of design certification/ product certifications
- Personal achievement of quarterly/yearly objectives (OKR Assignments HIG Stretch goals)

Outputs Expected:
Design to deliver great customer experience:

- Define user experience (e.g.
wireframes
low-fidelity and high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes) partnering with product managers and business stakeholders
- Support in defining great user stories by capturing and translating customer stories into product features that deliver value and satisfaction to users

Research the market to ensure an unfair advantage:

- Define and articulate product differentiation through user research and competitive benchmarking

Use great technology:

- Deep understanding of usage of design technology platforms
- Use scrum / agile proficiency to deliver projects

Employ great methods and tools in product design:

- Practice different design methodologies

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any digital design-related discipline: Interaction Design Human-Computer Interaction Product Design Visual Communication New Media Design or Universal design- A baseline understanding of the advantages (and limitations) of user experience and/or consumer research methodologies
- Keen interest in a digital design-related disciplines: Human-Computer Interaction Product Design New Media Design Storytelling.
- Basic Experience with wireframing Low/Hi-Fidelity interactive mock-ups rapid prototyping visual narratives and iterative design methodologies.
- Solid foundation in color typography screen layout and visual design with experience in visual transitions micro animation motion design and dynamic interaction elements.
- Hands-on experience on prototyping tool such as Sketch Adobe XD Axure InvisionApp Illustrator Photoshop InDesign etc.
- Understanding of Web design and Front-end development challenges including usability responsive design browser and cross-platform compatibility etc.
- Good visual communication presentation and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Understanding of Design Language Systems for use within product design and technology teams
- A compelling Design portfolio showcasing best collection of design work is mandatory.
