**Our Requirement**:
**Responsibility overview**:
**1.** To organize, initiate, develop and execute programmes for women and girls.

**2.** Expand and initiate new programmes and projects in line with the vision and mission of the Association and develop Innovative projects, Government Partnerships, New Collaborations with NGOs.

**3.** Building good rapport with volunteers, beneficiaries, community and other working groups.

4. Require good knowledge for writing reports, minutes and records.

5. Need to raise funds including through CSR funding for the projects of the Association.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
