**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Digital Coordination**: Oversee day-to-day online operations, including website updates, digital campaigns, and online event logistics.
- **Content Management**: Coordinate with the marketing and communications teams to publish and maintain web content, newsletters, and social media posts.
- **Online Engagement**: Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with online communities to build brand awareness.
- **Virtual Event Support**: Plan, set up, and manage webinars, virtual meetings, and live streaming sessions.
- **Reporting**: Track digital performance metrics, compile analytics reports, and recommend improvements for engagement and efficiency.
- **Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, IT, and customer support teams to ensure consistent digital communication.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with scheduling, database management, and online documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in online coordination, digital marketing, or administrative support roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools (e.g., CMS, CRM, Google Workspace, Zoom, social media platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with online event tools such as Zoom Webinar, MS Teams, or Eventbrite.
- Graphic design or content creation experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
