Sapiens International Corporation (NASDAQ and TASE: SPNS) is a leading global provider of software solutions for the insurance industry, with a growing presence in the financial services sector. We offer integrated core software solutions and business services, and a full digital suite for the property and casualty/general insurance; life, pension, and annuities; and reinsurance markets. Sapiens also services the workers’ compensation and financial and compliance markets.

**Responsibilities**
- Source, recruit, interview and close professionals across a wide range of roles across IT.
- Working closely with management at all levels to understand business needs and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies.
- Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers, as well as the Global Recruiting teams and HRBP.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably a blend of corporate and agency
- Extensive full life-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for technology companies is highly desired (either direct or at an agency).
- Strong sourcing skills(LinkedIn & Job portals )
- Familiarity with a wide array of sourcing strategies and tools.
- A creative thinker that can come up with new and innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow up skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills - Excel, Outlook, Word.
- Experience working with an ATS desired, priority given to SAP SuccessFactors knowledge.
- Comfortable working individually as well, as well as partnering with a globally and culturally diverse team.
- Experience in handling Full time or Permanent position, preferably product companies.
