**Qualification and Skills Required**

Incumbent must have BE (Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Materials/Metallurgical) degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in area of productivity improvement, operational excellence, lean/Kaizen.

The Operational Excellence (OpEx) coordinator is responsible to work with Operators, Front Line Leaders, Area managers, and others to coach, influence and implement continuous improvement throughout the site. This role will respectfully challenge status quo to continually drive improvements via best practice replication (learning from within the network and externally), creative and innovative solutions, and focused problem solving.

**Main Responsibilities**

The Operational Excellence (OpEx) Coordinator acts as a change agent to lead team members in the engagement and sustainment of a continuous improvement culture. He/she assists in the implementation of OpEx strategy on the manufacturing floor.

The OpEx Coordinator partners with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, Quality Assurance and Control, Engineering, and other cross functional resources to identify and implement continuous improvement projects related to safety, quality, cost reduction, and waste elimination.

The OpEx Coordinator influences, motivates, and trains others to use techniques and tools such as Standard Work, Manufacturing Operating System (MOS), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5S+, and Visual Management Control. He/she will learn, utilize, and lead project initiatives using OpEx/Lean Six Sigma tools and processes.

The OpEx Coordinator will understand, utilize, and communicate key performance indicators and metrics to drive behavior and improvements. He/she partners with Business Unit Management to implement critical step improvements to build a sustainable Continuous Improvement program and OpEx roadmap.

The OpEx Coordinator drives best practice sharing and implementation within the site, other HP locations and vendors. He/she communicates OpEx initiatives and results to Site leadership.

A significant portion of the OpEx Coordinator position is partnering with leaders/peers to develop business relationships that promote the efficient and effective utilization of resources to accomplish OpEx objectives. Other departmental support duties may also be assigned.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
