**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience with a strong track record of achieving admission targets in UG and PG programs.In-depth knowledge of UG and PG courses in business and related fields, especially MBA, BBA, BBA-Aviation, and BCA.

**Languages Known** : Kannada, English, Hindi south langs.

**Soft Skills**:Good Tele Calling Skills**,**Good Communication & Co-ordination Skills, Commited, Taking Ownership, Can Do Attitude, Follow up with students/parents, Good Selling & Marketing Skills, Good Convincing Skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, Go Getter, Agressive.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Daily Tele Calls to parents, students
- Marketing & Selling BBA/MBA Admissions
- Counselling Students/Parents on courses, admissions
- Meeting daily /monthly Targets of Lead Generation
- Conversion of Leads to Admissions
