- **Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to ensure optimal functionality.**:

- **Administer user profiles and policies within the Citrix environment.**:

- **Troubleshoot and resolve profile-related issues to ensure a smooth end-user experience.**:

- **Implement and maintain security policies related to Citrix environments.**:

- **Manage user access permissions and conduct regular access reviews.**:

- **Respond to and resolve Citrix-related incidents and service requests at Level 3 support.**:

- **Plan and execute Citrix software upgrades and patches.**:

- **Stay informed about the latest Citrix releases and recommend updates as needed.**:

- **Maintain up-to-date documentation for Citrix configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.**

**Primary skills**:
