**Job Title**: Academic Sales Counselor

**About Us**: At BankEdge, The Sales Counselor will be responsible for guiding and advising clients through the sales process, ensuring that their needs are met and providing them with tailored solutions. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong sales skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Consultation**: Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals and needs. Provide tailored advice on suitable programs and courses that align with their objectives.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets. Utilize persuasive techniques to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure a positive client experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our educational offerings, including program details, admission requirements, and industry trends. Effectively communicate this information to clients.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on sales metrics and client interactions. Use data to refine strategies and improve performance.
- **Student Service**: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service throughout the enrollment process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably within the education sector.
- **Skills**: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in CRM software.
- **Attributes**: High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A genuine passion for helping others succeed academically and professionally.
