**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert counseling and career guidance to students, aiding them in making informed choices.
- Effectively communicate course offerings and program details to prospective students.
- Convert inquiries into footfall by skillfully managing the lead conversion life cycle.
- Drive higher conversion rates, enhance productivity, and ensure efficiency.
- Align both personal and team efforts with the organization's overarching goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present comprehensive program information to students, addressing their queries.
- Handle telephonic inquiries, adeptly converting them into successful admissions.
- Engage in counseling sessions with students and parents, elaborating on course specifics and programs. This role is office-based; no fieldwork is involved.
- Exhibit the ability to transform inquiries into successful admissions.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Proficient in performing the role of an admission counselor.
- Graduates with 1 to 3 years of experience in Education Sales/Counseling, Tele-sales, KPO, BPO, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
