Responsibilities:
Solar System Installation:Assist in the installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and electrical components according to engineering designs and safety standards.
Ensure proper alignment, positioning, and secure fastening of solar panels to maximize energy production and system efficiency.
Collaborate with the installation team to complete projects within designated timelines and quality guidelines.

Maintenance and Repairs:Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of solar energy systems to identify and address potential issues, such as panel damage, wiring faults, or equipment malfunctions.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments to determine the cause of system failures and implement appropriate remedies promptly.
Replace or repair defective components, such as damaged panels, faulty inverters, or malfunctioning electrical connections, ensuring the system's optimal performance.

System Testing and Commissioning:Verify the proper functioning of solar installations by conducting tests and commissioning procedures to assess energy production and compliance with performance standards.
Record and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and maintain accurate documentation for future reference.

Safety and Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to mitigate potential hazards associated with solar installations and related equipment.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to solar energy systems and electrical work.

Customer Interaction:Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' inquiries, explaining system functionalities, and offering guidance on solar energy usage and maintenance.
Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive customer relationship throughout the project lifecycle.

Training and Development:Stay updated on industry trends, solar technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and training sessions.
Assist in training new team members and provide guidance to improve their technical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
