**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design & Layout: Create visually appealing website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes that enhance user experience.**:

- Responsive Design: Develop designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
- **Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to implement designs, ensuring that the final product reflects the original vision.**:

- User Experience (UX): Conduct research and incorporate user feedback to improve site usability.
- **Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the brand’s identity and guidelines.** Testing & Iteration: Participate in usability testing and refine designs based on user insights and performance metrics.
- **Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of design processes, guidelines, and standards.**:

- Trends & Tools: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in website design or related field.**:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe photoshop, Illustrator Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- **Front-End Basics: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.**:

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work, including responsive websites.
- **Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.**:

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate design decisions.
- **Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve design challenges in a fast-paced environment.**:

- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams.
