- **Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, social media, print materials, websites, advertisements, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and design requirements.
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, layouts, and illustrations to meet specific marketing and communication objectives.
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design work.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and tools to bring fresh ideas and techniques to the team.
- Produce final design assets in various formats suitable for print and digital distribution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- A portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, including both print and digital projects.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Adobe tools, Canva, and other design software.
