Responsibility:

- Offer career guidance, Providing one to one emotional guidance and help students plan for their future.
- Treat all students with patience and compassion for the challenges they are facing. Ability to make students feel safe and secure
- Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
- Providing students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counseling to suit their skills.
- Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs.
- Reporting student issues to the appropriate authorities.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's or associate's degree
- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
- Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
