Course Advisor

Key responsibilities ;
1. Greet visitors and handle inquiries over the phone or in person. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to provide a warm and friendly welcome to visitors and students.

2. Provide guidance to prospective and current students about our courses and programs. Must be knowledgeable about admission requirements and course content.

3. Support and advise students with course selection, academic advice, and referrals to other support services when necessary.

4. Maintain accurate records, schedule appointments, and manage administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

5. Promote our institution's courses and programs to potential students. Must have strong sales and marketing skills to identify prospective students' needs and promote our offerings effectively.

6. Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and students, handle difficult situations professionally.

7. Fluency in English and Hindi is required. The ability to communicate in other languages would be an advantage, especially when handling non-Malayali students.

Salary : ₹ 10,000 to ₹ 20,000 per month.

Job Type : Full-time.

Schedule : Day shift.

Working hours : 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

Education : Bachelor's (preferred).

Total work : 0-1 years of experience.
