**Role Overview**:
As a Revenue Growth Executive, you will drive business growth by sourcing new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. You will collaborate with the sales team to manage client expectations, close deals, and leverage technology to maximize revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source new business opportunities and engage with decision-makers.
- Deliver recruitment solutions to boost revenue for blue and grey-collar positions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring follow-up and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align strategies and manage risks.
- Use your sales, presentation, and negotiation skills to close deals.
- Utilize technology to stay ahead of industry trends.
**Who You Are**:
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Experienced in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- A team player with a tech-savvy mindset.
- Committed to exceeding client expectations and driving revenue growth.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
