**Summary/Objective**:
The Data Entry Analyst will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our organization's systems and databases. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy in data entry tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents or other data sets.
- Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in data entries.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files according to company procedures.
- Assist with data cleanup and data validation projects as needed.
- Follow data entry guidelines and best practices to ensure data integrity and security.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data entry tasks and deadlines.
- Adhere to confidentiality policies and protect sensitive information.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and data entry software/systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with data entry software or database management systems.
- Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology or data sets.

**Work Environment**:
This position will primarily work in an office environment.

**Salary/Benefits**:

**Reporting Structure**:
The Data Entry Anlayst will report to the office head.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
